‘Bhale Jodi’ a remake of Telugu film ‘Ala Modalindi’ is all set for release on 19th of February release. It is replacing ‘Viraat’ at Narthaki theatre and in nearly 100 theatres in Karnataka, MN Kumar is distributing the film of Shailendra Babu production starring Sumanth and Shanvi Srivatsa in lead roles. Sadhu Kokila a big achiever in many areas of film making heads the megaphone.


Sadhu Kokila understanding the danger of making the Telugu film as it is (that is because many of the scenes have been copied already in a few Kannada films) made alteration to the screenplay. The eunuch role he added to the film was asked to cut off by the regional censor board.


Addressing the media on Saturday Shailender Babu explained the pressure he faced from the censor board. The files for revising and tribunal did not move. Babu wondered how it could happen. It has been one and quarter year was not only because of busy Sadhu Kokila but also for censor problem he pointed. In Shailendra banner the films in six months is the rule mentioned Babu.


Shanvi Srivatsa the new master piece in Kannada cinema as female lead coming to the briefing taking a break from her shooting said it is interesting film and hope justice is made to the role played by Nithya Menon in Telugu. Of course this sweet actress was waiting from last one and half months for the release of the film. She is now busy with other films and participating in promotion of the film ‘Bhale Jodi’ is a remote chance.


Sadhu Kokila, actor, director, music director pointed the highlights of the film. To top it all the film has contents for family audience – the role of Sumalatha as mother and Sumanth as son is very touching he says. Ravishanker as comedy villain has bombarded, the narration of the film from the point of heroine is what made Sadhu to accept this film for direction.
